I entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password, but binding still does not work?

The coop door supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi during binding.

If the Wi-Fi name and password you enter are for a 5GHz network, binding can still fail even when the name and password are correct.

Even when the network is 2.4GHz and the Wi-Fi name and password are correct, environmental interference such as static electricity can still cause binding to fail. Please try again several times, with a one-minute interval between attempts, to rule out environmental interference.

Based on customer feedback, some iOS users may find it difficult to connect their device using JJJ Chicken app version 11.2.0, although the connection can still succeed after repeated attempts. You can try pairing the device using the JJ Chicken app on an Android phone. Once paired successfully, you can return to JJJ Chicken on your iPhone, sign in with the same account, and control your coop door as normal. This difficulty is limited to the initial connection process; other app functions work normally once the device is paired. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our technical team is working urgently to identify the cause and resolve it. Once the update is available, you can upgrade the app with a single tap.

Please connect your phone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, or choose the router SSID that is specifically for 2.4GHz, then bind the coop door again.

If your router uses the same Wi-Fi name for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, temporarily disable 5GHz or split the router into separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz names before binding.
